About Sevierville Dumpster Rental Solutions

Locally owned, 11 years in, and we know the composting plant, the residents-only convenience centers and the steep Smoky Mountain lots that shape every Sevier County job.

How this started

Wyatt Ogle spent more than a decade working construction and hauling around Sevier County before buying a single truck and one container in 2015. The reason was straightforward: he'd spent years watching projects stumble on the same things - containers that turned up late or in the wrong size, prices that changed once the load crossed a scale, and haulers who didn't know where the county's debris was supposed to go now that the household waste all runs through the composting plant.

Eleven years on we run a fleet across Sevierville and Sevier County, and the operating principle hasn't moved. Tell people the truth about what they need, protect the property, know exactly where the debris goes, and charge the number that was quoted.

What we actually do differently

We know where the debris goes. Sevier County composts over ninety-five percent of its household waste, so the plant can't take construction debris, and the convenience centers are residents-only and capped. Renovation and demolition debris has to go to the Sevier Solid Waste Class IV demolition landfill. We already know which materials it takes, run a tarped truck as Tennessee law requires, and route each load efficiently. On volume, that's the whole job.

We recommend smaller containers. This one surprises people. Dense material - tile, shingles, the rocky mountain spoil - reaches a container's tonnage allowance while it still looks half empty. Recommending the 15 yard instead of the 20, or a dedicated 10 for the stone and spoil, costs us revenue and saves the customer money. We do it anyway.

We handle the cabin lots and the cabin waste. So much work here is the vacation-rental economy - turnovers, refreshes and renovations on steep, wooded lots, with their own disposal rules. We place safely on switchback gravel drives that turn back out-of-town haulers, and we handle the tipping that applies to rental and commercial waste.

One number, tarped loads. The flat rate covers delivery, the rental period, collection, the demolition-landfill disposal and a stated tonnage allowance, with the overage rate quoted in the same breath. And every load leaves tarped and secured, as Tennessee requires. No fuel surcharge, no environmental fee appearing on an invoice for the first time.

Why local knowledge matters here

Sevierville is the seat of Sevier County, Dolly Parton's hometown, and the northern gateway to the Great Smoky Mountains, so the work splits several ways. New cabins and vacation rentals on the ridges toward Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Wears Valley produce bulky, light debris that wants a larger container. Renovation of older homes and cabins gives up dense plaster, tile and layered flooring that wants a smaller one. Roof tear-offs after hard mountain winters need their own box. And nearly every job that moves earth produces heavy, rocky foothill spoil and creek stone that needs its own container.

Then there's the disposal reality that shapes all of it: a composting plant that can't take construction debris, residents-only convenience centers, commercial tipping fees, and Tennessee's covered-load requirement on every haul. A company that works the system every day knows all of it. We quote each job on what it actually is, and we'll explain the difference if you want to hear it.

The people you'll deal with

  • Wyatt Ogle — Founder & Owner. More than a decade in local construction and hauling before starting the company. Still takes sizing calls, particularly on anything involving concrete, mountain spoil, older-home demolition or a tricky steep-lot placement.
  • Hannah Reagan — Operations Manager. Runs the schedule, the swaps and the contractor and cabin-management accounts, and knows which Sevier County grades a loaded truck can and can't manage. If you need a same-day swap, she's the one who makes it happen.
  • Dale Huskey — Lead Driver. Has been placing containers on Sevierville driveways and steep cabin lots for years and sizes a load by eye better than most. If he says a 30 won't fit your ridge, it won't.
  • Kayla Whaley — Customer Care Lead. First voice on the phone most mornings, and the person who will walk you through what can and can't go in the container and where the prohibited materials need to go.
