Roll-off containers in Gatlinburg

Gatlinburg sits right at the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, a mountain resort town of chalets, cabins and steep hillside streets. We serve it on our southern run, and the terrain here is the steepest we work.

What makes Gatlinburg different

Gatlinburg is in Sevier County, so construction debris routes to the Class IV demolition landfill and the composting-plant and residents-only rules apply. The chalet-village and hillside cabin lots are famously steep and switchbacked, so placement takes real care. The 2016 wildfire rebuild and constant cabin renovation keep this a busy area for containers.

Questions & Answers

Dumpster rental in Gatlinburg: common questions

Can you place a container on a steep Gatlinburg cabin lot?

Usually yes - it's what we specialize in. Chalet Village and the hillside streets are steep and tight, so we walk the approach, watch the grade and overhead limbs, and set the container safely. A photo from the street helps us plan.

Do you serve Gatlinburg?

Yes, Gatlinburg is part of our southern run through Pigeon Forge. It's a longer haul into the mountains, so call and we'll confirm a window and the right size for the access.

Where does the debris go?

To the Sevier Solid Waste Class IV demolition landfill, hauled tarped. The composting plant can't take construction or rebuild debris, so it goes to the demolition landfill via roll-off.
