Roll-off containers in Wears Valley
Wears Valley is a scenic mountain community southwest of Sevierville, a quieter cabin-rental area between Pigeon Forge and Townsend with sweeping Smoky Mountain views. It's one of the two areas with a multipurpose convenience center for rental turnover. We serve it on our southwestern run.
What makes Wears Valley different
Wears Valley is in Sevier County, so construction debris routes to the Class IV demolition landfill and the composting-plant and residents-only rules apply. The heavy cabin-rental presence means constant turnover and renovation, and the Wears Valley Multipurpose Convenience Center is one of only two that serve short-term-rental cleaners - but a real renovation still needs a roll-off. Lots here are wooded and often steep.

Do you serve Wears Valley?
Yes, Wears Valley is part of our southwestern run off the Parkway. Call with your address and we'll confirm a window and the right size for the access.
There's a convenience center here - why would I need a dumpster?
The Wears Valley Multipurpose Center takes household and rental-cleaning waste in limited amounts, but a real renovation, tear-off or full cleanout exceeds what it handles. A roll-off takes the whole job at once and hauls it to the demolition landfill.
Can you place on a steep, wooded lot?
Yes, it's most of what we do here. We walk the grade, watch overhead limbs, and set the container safely. A photo from the street helps.
